Since coming to Britain I have noticed one thing; people just do not pray!
Since coming to Britain I have noticed one thing; people just do not pray!
Because I have never lost anyone close to me, I never knew it would feel like this…
For my fellow friends who are students of WFC and for those who diss muslims just because of their appearance…
We crept as slowly as mice through the open hall-way with soft boards filled with picturesque paintings and perspicuous projects lining the yellowed walls. Trying to make ourselves invisible by curling up into a ball of clothes and hugging ourselves, we were so close to the ground that I could see the grubby floor outlined with muddy shoe-prints betraying the cleaner of not doing her job. We were nearly there, our hearts beating so loud in our chests that I was worried any minute someone would call out that they knew we were here.
The world is too small and life too short, yet we come across in our daily lives, many of our fellow humans holding grudges against each other. The grudges may be held for a variety of reasons but one of them, substantial enough to take notice of, is the lack of making the simple effort of ‘staying in touch’.
Books are full of knowledge and information,
They take you to a world of imagination,
“Happy New Year!” Komal cried in Madiha’s ear after putting down her bag on her chair in the classroom. Madiha looked up at her as if concerned about her mental health, a look which Komal was quick to notice.
I’m a stranger to the world
Lying in my bed
Something I really hate is what I’m talking about,
That makes u really mad and somtimes even shout.
I tear the pages of my heart
And the rolling tears start.
